An unnamed pattern identified as "Number 128" by one source, the design on this pair of 4 1/8" long, relatively heavy .8 T. oz., sugar tongs, aka nips, features open, double lined, handles, with a cluster of grapes or other berries hanging in the center.

Made by Georg Jensen, whose work essentially launched the Danish Modern design movement in silver, this is stamped with an early "GI" maker's mark, "Sterling," and "Denmark."

First issued in 1905 as "American Chippendale" aka "Chippendale," Frank Smith produced a rarely found variant named "Lincoln Engraved" in 1923.

This example of the line is a 5 3/4" long, just over .6 T. oz., narrow bowl, condiment spoon, used for chow chow or piccalilli relishes.

It appears to represent a further refinement of the pattern, having a hammered handle and a hand chased, rather than die struck, design that embodies the Arts & Crafts sensibilities of the period.

Beautiful vintage purse with brown irridescent glass bugle beads stitched into a ric-rac pattern front and back. Goldtone closure works excellent. Metal frame in excellent condition and beading is perfect as far as I can see. Beads stitched onto brown fabric and purse lining is a brown-satiny fabric. I see no name or logo marked on the purse. Use it as a clutch or use with the long removable chain strap that is attached in photo. Measures 4" x 8 1/2" and has a goldtone 44" chain with hooks.
