This is a rare set made by the Fostoria Glass Co and it was called either the Garden Center Set or the Lilypond Set.  The set consists of a large shallow bowl, a center block and 6 curved fabulous candleholders that fit into the center flower block.   The bowl is 14 inches in diameter with a wide scalloped shape and sides that come up about 1 1/2" high.  With the candle arm block is 9" wide when assembled and the whole centerpiece stands about 7 3/4 inches tall. You can put some water in the bow...
