Gorgeous vintage clear glass bookends, solid body with hollow base made by Fostoria and New Martinsville Glass. 6" long, 3 1/4" wide and 7 1/2" tall. Circa 1940's era. A wonderful estate item for the collectors of Antique Chinese items or chicken collectors. Here is a pair of old clay hen and rooster figurines made of thick clay with a pretty turquoise blue glaze. Lovely vintage covered pink kitty cat candy or powder jar. This is a Westmoreland mold but I do not see their mark in the glass anywhere. Measures 4 1/8" tall and is oval shaped. Base is about 5 1/2" long. This is pink glass, not flashed. Wonderful condition but there is a little roughness on the bottom part where the lid rests inside the dish. Not noticeable unless you feel for it. A very pretty powder jar or candy dish.
