This is a beautiful 1994 collectors plate from the Bradford Exchange. It is called Cat Nap by Persis Weirs and is the First issue in the Nosy Neighbors collection. It is plate number 8414E. It measures 8 inches across. It has a wonderful tabby cat sleeping in the bird feeder as the Northern Cardinals look on wanting their food. This plate is in mint condition. I am also listing two other cat or kitten collectors plate.

This is a really beautiful collectors plate by Lily Chang. It has pretty little gray and white cats or kittens watching a butterfly while surrounded by pink and lavender morning glories. This plate is circa 1993 and plate number 2258A of the Petal Pals Collection. It is a real beauty, and measures 8 inches across. This is an Adorable Figurine of a kitten Licking Cream, from a Floral Decorated Porcelain Pitcher with a Strawberry in Front. Lace tops a Blue Book, entitled "You're Sweet". From Country Artists for the discerning, it's #03147. It's 3.75" tall & 2.5" square. It's in excellent condition. This company will cease all production in December of this year 2010.

This tiger is made of resin but has a lot of nice detailing. Mounted on a nice cherry laquered display base with brass plaque that says "Ruby's Collection" Measures 5 1/4" tall and is in excellent condition, and like new. Base measures 6 3/4" long.

This is a wondeful carving of a lions head with nice detailing and use of woodgrain. Real glass eyes. I see no signature but there should be, as well as it is done. Measures almost 8 1/2" tall and has a wax type finish to the wood which also gives it an interesting effect. Fantastic condition. really have no clue to the age, but am guessing because of the glass eyes. Could be a lot older.

Old celluloid covered figurine of a lion. Appears to be chalk or plaster inside. Marked on the belly with Z in a diamond logo and JAPAN. Upon close inspection the plastic has the little lines that look like ivory has, Measures 3 3/4" tall, and is 6" long. I have 2 available and price is for each. Both are in great condition .

Old rug style tapestry probably from Lebanonbut no tag. (The other I have like it has the tag). Soft thick velvety pile. Measures 76" x 49". So big it was hard to get a nice photo of it. Subject matter is a lion family restinf under the shade of an oasis, on the African prairie. Nice vintage condition with no pulls, fading,ravelling, discoloration or noteable flaws I can see. This would be awesome in a cabin or just if you like wildlife themed items.

This is an adorable little hand painted Philip Laureston black and white tuxedo kitty or kitten figurine made in England from about 1950 to 1960. He has enormous green eyes and is marked on the bottom. This piece measures 1.25 inches tall. This does had some chips to the front edge of the feet, but you can't see them unless you turn him upside-down.
