These Running Rabbit/Sitting Hen WMG tall shakers were made by The Eagle Glass Co. in the late 1800's and early 1900's. Each shaker has a running rabbit on one side, and a sitting hen with chicks on the other side. These are very old shakers and very well done! One of them does have a hairline at the top. The lids, which are original, are very hard to find for these shakers. The photo does not begin to show the quality or beauty of these shakers.

Southern Potteries / Blue Ridge Potteries “Cock O The Walk” platter. Measures 11 ¾” long and 9” wide. It is in near excellent condition with virtually no utensil marks. I saw two, both light and under ½” long. No chips, cracks, or crazing with the exception of a dark spot on one edge that may actually be a glaze pop with a bit of staining. This wonderful oil on canvas sofa size painting is signed by well known New York artist Andrew Stasky 1930-1989. Though this is one of his oil paintings, he did mostly water colors. Corresponding with family, they believe this is one of his early pieces possibly done in his college days in the 1950's, and was thought to once hang in the grandmothers home. For sale is a rare Marshall #4036 1-quart Heisey cocktail shaker with orchid etching #1507, strainer, and rooster stopper. There are no chips or cracks, just a couple of tiny, scratches that look like etching "slips". This etch was made from 1940-1957.

Adorable Oragiri chicken cookie jar. Made of hand painted glazed ceramic. Measures 10 1/2" tall and is about 9 1/2" long. This is a most unusual candle and although the label is missing, I would say this is a Gurley candle! It’s shaped like an egg (open on one side) and there’s a white rooster inside. Egg is yellow and measures 2 ¾” tlal, 2” wide. The little rooster is white and is approximately 1 ½” tall. The wick has not been lit and candle is in very good condition although it does have storage evidence. Really neat collectible!

This is a neat retro piece. Marked Calif. USA in the mold. This may be McCoy, we haven't looked it up. Nice large size, measuring 10 3/4" tall and the base is approx 9 1/2" wide. No chips, hairlines or repairs. Some crazing under the glaze. A great piece!
