Amazing pair of candy dishes. I have not the slightest clue who made them only that they are just magnificent! They are hand blown with a crest (like Fenton) but with the coloring of Murano. Swirling colors of pinks graduating to green, to lavender to pink , to cobalt at the clear crest of the rim. The Peacock is the more elaborate of the two, and he measures 6" tall and about 7" long. This beautiful comport and liner plate was made by the Consolidated Glass Company as part of the Martele line. Designed by Reuben Haley, the piece was produced in the late 1920's. The pattern is called 'Iris', though it looks like wild roses to me.... The comport or mayo bowl is approximately 5 1/2 inches in diameter, the under plate is 7 inches in diameter. Consolidated Catalonian Emerald Tri Vase - 10 inch

Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the #1102 tri-vase in the emerald green color. Wonderful example of Higgins art glass. This smoky colored ashtray is round in shape, 8 1/2" wide, and embellished with lots of gold decorations. Centered in the gold decorations are square colored chunks of glass in 5 different colors that are applied to the design. Signed Higgins in gold, see photo. This is a real retro art piece.Excellent condition, no chips, cracks or wear on the gold.

Pretty murano style freeform dish. White cased with clear and spun colors of turquoises, reds, browns, & yellows. I believe it has mica in it. These copper colors have the glitter effect that looks like mica. All of these pretty colors spiral from the center of the dish out to the extreme edges of the dish. 7 1/2" wide at the widest point, and about 2" deep. Perfect condition!
