This 10" sculpture is signed on the bottom but I can't make it out. It reminds me of the Ukama type. I'm calling this soapstone, but am not sure of whether it is soapstone or one of the other soft stones. There is a small chip on the bottom, no-show unless you turn it over, otherwise good condition. Weight packed for shipping will be close to six pounds, so postage is figured for West Coast zip codes - I'll adjust it downward if you are closer. $35

The round print itself measures about 6-1/2", the overall frame dimensions are 15-3/4 x 15-3/4". Condition is beautiful. (Did some research, this print unframed is priced at $130, so am offering at a bargain price for this framed example.) Carved Marble Model of Kukulkan Mayan Pyramid at Chichen Itza. This is a real beauty! The main base is of 4 panels of what I will describe as speckled pink marble with areas that have shades of grey and many veins of red and dark red running through it. Each set of steps is of black to light grey/white, and the temple portion at the top is of a bit darker pink with strong red veining. Very nice painting of Marie Antoinette. I am not well versed on the subject but I believe this is oil on ivory. The frame is just beautiful and measures just under 15x13 cm. The labels on the back "Made in Italy" and "Hand Painted" are typical of Italian exports I believe between 1910 and 1920 but the painting is likely older then that. I am not sure what the tape on the rear is holding together as the back stand, although a bit loose, does seem to be anchored. I leave things as I find them, tho... Click for details
