Originally published 1821 in what I believe was a book of the day. The identifying sticker on the back from W. King Ambler says the artist is Seville Saez. I would welcome any information regarding the artist. On the left bottom portion there is the name of R.Havell & Son Delft and on the right bottom there is the name R. Havell & Son Sculp. Fourth in the series "Refreshed", this 1950 advertisement was painted by Haddon Sundblom and was originally an outdoor billboard. The original artwork is on display at The World of Coca-Cola, Atlanta, Georgia. Tray Issued in 1992. In very good condition but does have two 4" strips of Velcro attached on back (for hanging?). William Hoffman became famous for his paintings of clowns and painted them in several different situations. Some people really know how to decorate a Christmas tree! Here's a wonderful piece of vintage folk art...a framed picture of a Christmas tree that's made out of vintage jewelry pieces. Featured for your enjoyment is a wonderful pair of frames. These oval frames are wood with gesso layer creating the pattern. the centers are a snake skin like pattern with a tiny V inside each scale. This is done in gold. The main body is a dark walnut color with a slightly raised center area. One frame has some gesso missing just inside the gold, next to the glass. By Donald Art Co. Measures 16 x 13 inches. Wooden frame with minor loss of finish. Small stain on matting at the right side next to the frame. Paper shows age wear and there are a few tiny pinpoint size holes by the upper frame. Glass need cleaning from the inside. The only damage I can see has been mentioned, but the photographs have a lot of glare and reflection which could be mistaken for damage. Additional photos by email. This vintage oil painting of a nude came from a fine South Florida estate. The model is a picture of calm and comfort in her skin, much of which is artfully shown lounging. The painting is signed ALINE. The stretched canvas painting is without a frame. The painting measures 24 by 18 inches. The colors are soft and restful. The flowers near the easel are a bright spot...but nothing that detracts from the lovely nude. Excellent condition.

Featured for your enjoyment is a miniature oil painting signed by Edna Lewis. The back is original and intact. It has a foil tag from the Edna Lewis Studios in Baltimore Maryland. Also a tag stating it is an original in oil. From what I have found she is know for her silhouettes on glass. This may be an earlier work of hers.
