I don't know if this the same Arthur Sarnoff of the Poker Dog fame. I am not sure of the age of this print and frame. I've only had it a bit over 10 years and it was used when I bought it and there is not date on the print or the back. Framed, it measures 14 x 11 inches and displayed print, measures 11 x 8 inches.
