Wasserberg and Company. This decorating company added the Charleton Rose decoration and sold it under their name. This porcelain toothbrush holder is not new, but not old enough to be considered vintage. The color is not showing very well, but it is a soft sage green, with a pewter metallic finish. It measures 5 3/4 x 4 x 1 3/4 inches. It has the original plastic stopper. There are no chips, cracks, breaks or rough areas. I don't see any scratches to the finish. It is in a clean condition.
