This is a most enormous trinket box. Made of black glazed ceramic with an unglazed ceramic gypsy moth on the top. This has the butterfly or moth shape and is 4 3/4" tall by 6" x 7 3/4" diameter. Inside is a painted gold color. There are no chips or cracks and is in excellent condition. This was purchased at a nature conservatory so looks very realistic. Wire legs and filament antennae. This is a really unique piece.

Porcelain covered egg box is decorated with tiny pastel florals on the top edge with a gold edge trim. Measures 2 1/4" tall. Measures 2 5/8" x 3 1/2" oval egg shape. No makers mark but is in perfect condition. and nicely made. A great Easter gift to fill with surprizes. Sorry about the glare from the flash. This lovely vintage tin is marked Designed by Daher Long Island, NY 11101 Container made in England. It has pretty yellow birds and flowers and brocade designs around the sides, red, yellow, and orange flowers, green vines on the top and a brass knob handle which has a slight dent in the middle. This is a heavy lead crystal vanity or trinket box in the shape of a snowflake. It is wonderful quality super clear glass like Waterford or Galway. All the edges are smoothed perfectly. It measures 2 inches high and 3.75 inches across. It is in excellent condition. I can find no damage and no cloudiness. I don't know the age or maker, it is an auction item, but is is really nice, it just shimmers under the light.

This is a beautiful hand painted box from Kashmir, India. It is made out of paper mache' and highly lacquered or glazed for strength. It has red, blue, purple, white and green floral patterns and gold gilding with black accents. It measures 2.25 inches high and 4.75 by 3.5 inches across. It is in excellent condition, just a few surface scratches on the bottom of box, the rest very clean. I do not know the age or maker. It is marked hand made in Kashmir India.
