This is a really great, vintage, Banded Rings Decanter with original metal top and cover, made by Hocking Glass in the 1950s. This Decanter features primary color painted rings around it. Awesome but very different tankard in the shape of a whale. Measures 8 3/4" tall, and made of glazed ceramic. No makers mark or sticker, Probably is about a litre. I thought at first it was a vase but if you look inside at the very bottom, there is a tiny mermaid molded into the tankard. Tiny pinhead size glaze pop on the white part but otherwise pristine.
