We are happy to offer for sale a fantastic piece of Harlequin. The Harlequin pattern was made by the Homer Laughlin Company. This wonderful ashtray is hard to find in any color, but finding a red one in great shape is really tough. This lovely item is in UNDAMAGED CONDITION without chips, cracks, or mold imperfections. Harlequin was introduced in 1938 by the Homer Laughlin China Co as a less expensive counterpart to its Fiesta line. The line was designed by Fredrick Hurton Rhead and marketed exclusively through Woolworth stores. The Harlequin pieces reflect the Art Deco period from which they were created.
