This lovely jar by Royal Worcester is a large, or double egg coddler, but if you're not into coddling your eggs, it could easily be used to store and serve preserves. It was created in England of a fine heavy porcelain and has a charming floral motif of blackberries and their flowers. The pattern name is “Lavinia”.
