In all the dealings I have had with Shelley items I have never seen this pattern. Pale green background with gold design around the cup and saucer boarder. Also gold handle. The cup bottom has a pattern number that the best that I can make of it is "0422/3010". The cup measures 1.25" high and the saucer 2.5" across.
