This is a lovely hand painted over sepia transfer imari teacup trio consisting of cup, saucer and plate made in Staffordshire, England by an unknown manufacturer 1880-1900. Imari became popular with the influence of japanese ceramics at that time. The swirl molded cup, saucer and plate features flow blue, rust and green hand painted onto a brown floral and leaf stylized design transfer with hand painted gold accents. These shallow blue and white Royal Staffordshire berry bowls are made by Clarice Cliff. The pattern name is Tonquin, and they measure 5 in. in diameter and feature a transfer lake scene complete with a sail boat and surrounding vegetation. Transferware items by Cliff were produced from after World War One till the fifties. They are in great condition and have no breaks, chips or cracks. There are two available. Enjoy!

This is a fabulous blue transfer ware ironstone 8 inch in diameter romantic Staffordshire plate with the title Landscape made by Midwinter in Staffordshire, England 1910-1920. The plate is seen on page 314 of Petra Williams' Staffordshire Cup Plates And Early Victorian China Vol I. The plates is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks with some crazing consistent with age. Fabulous and so collectible. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured in $11.40.

This is a fine white bone china cup by Crown Staffordshire, made in England. This cup is marked underneath : FINE BONE CHINA-CROWN STAFFORDSHIRE-ENGLAND, EST. 1801, around a crown, all in green. On the front is an old antique sailing ship. Underneath is written: William the Conqueror 1066. On the opposite side of the cup is an anchor and rope.
