Wonderful dish by Helena Wolfsohn circa 1870’s
Porcelain
Classy Consignments, Inc.
$65.00
symbolizing August Rex who monitored and financed the original Meissen factory. We believe it is most likely an ‘imitation’ used by Helena Wolfsohn. We date this piece to 1870 – 1890. Although not officially Meissen, Helena Wolfsohn is a great artist in her own right and collectible. The dish is relatively deep 2.5” / 2.5cm deep. This is a near mint condition dish has a minute chip on the back rim I almost missed it. Measures just over 5” / 12.5cm in diameter. ... Click for details

This Meissen Teacup and Saucer set is marked with the Crossed Swords and dates to about 1900 to the best of my knowledge. The overall condition is considered to be excellent with NO chips or cracks. The cup is 4" wide including the handle and is 2.5" tall with the saucer being 5" wide. This is a great old vintage Meissen teacup and saucer for the discerning as well as t... Click for details

MEISSEN STREWN FLOWERS 'STREUBLUMEN' CANDY/POWDER BOX
China: German: Meissen
Glass, Antique or Not...
M23657 $250.00
This is a quite old covered powder or candy box, 3" tall and 4 3/4" in diameter, made by Meissen in the 'Strewn Flowers' or 'Scattered Flowers' or 'Streublumen' pattern. It has the older crossed swords mark of 1850 to 1924. Gold trim shows no wear, however the top of the box in the very center has faint scratches where someone has evidently placed the lid upside down when using the powder. They are only noticible in reflected light and are not throug the handpainted floral design. 1850.
