Royal Bayreuth has been producing fine porcelain since 1794. While their figural items are arguably the most sought after items, those with scenic motifs follow closely. This cream sized pitcher is an example. It is decorated with a hunting scene. A man is shown poking a stick in a hole at the base of a tree, while 3 dogs anxiously wait nearby. These plates are in beautiful condition. There are no utensil mark, I think they have never been used. There is no wear to the gold edging. A wonderful rose floral pattern on a creme colored background. One plate looks as if it has a minute surface blemish, I think it is from the factory. The plates are square in shape with a scalloped edge, and 8-3/4" across. I have 6 of these plates. Shipping by FED EX is $13.00 for all in the USA.

Beautiful green, gold and ivory, 10 1/2" dinner plates. Created in Bavaria by Royal Bayreuth and decorated by or for Edgerton, U.S.A These 8 plates are in wonderful condition, no cut marks, no wear and no crazing. Some are marked Royal Bayreuth, others are just marked Edgerton with the E10-11. I assume the 11 is the plate size, however, it is not quite 11". Small, beautifully made china dish in a gilt-edged, rose pattern that comes from Bavaria. The dish measures 6 1/2" by 4 1/2" and is less than an inch deep. It could be a soap dish or a serving dish for condiments or appetizers. Very good condition: signs of use, but no chips or cracks.

Here is a lovely vintage lemon dish that was made by royal bayreuth of bavaria germany circa 1903-40's.This dish features a cabbage leaf design with a textured finish and various shades of light and dark green with yellow flowers.This dish measures 5 1/2" in diameter.There is some very minor wear which is normal for it's use/age.The over all condition is very good.A wonderful addition for your bavarian china collection.
