This is a really beautiful vintage, almost antique, bowl with folded handles. It has a wonderful masterfully handpainted landscape scene. It is a very unusual shaped dish, almost like a boat shape and measures 3 inches tall at the tallest point and 9 by 6.25 inches across the top. This is a wonderful set of rice/cereal bowls by Nippon Yoko Boeki Co. in Japan. They are each decorated in a fruit motif with a gold rim. The Yoko Boeki mark is very clear on each of them. The "set" picture is a composite of the four individual pictures, so the lighting appears a little differently on each of them in this picture, but they are a matched set with all in excellent condition - no chips, cracks or crazing.

THis is a wonderful vintage set. The ink markings are so smeared it looks like it says hand painted japan with little floral logo and mountain backstamp. Hand painted with lots of gold embellishment in relief and beading. little tray measures4 7/8", salt and pepper set are 2 1/8" tall (no corks),and the little mustard pot is3" tall with the lid on. This is a really beautiful hand painted porcelain plate signed by the artist Renee. It has apple or cherry blossoms in pink and mauve tones with raised enameling and gold gilding. It is marked on the back with a Japan sticker and crossed arrow and the numbers 8019. It measures 8.5 inches across and is in excellent condition, no visible signs of wear or damage. I do not know the age.

This is an exceptional quality Japanese porcelain dish, tray or plate, probably used for sushi or sauces. It is marked, and the closest that I can make out the mark is Nippon Imari and Arita-yaki from the early part of the 20th century. It has a leaf design with translucent glaze and lovely black, red and gold gilt accents. It is marked under the glaze. It measures 6.5 by 4 inches and is in great shape, no chips, no cracks and no crazing that I can see.

This is for a vibrant orange and black set of Noritake floral salt and pepper shakers. On some shakers I have seen these flowers called anemones. These are 2 inches tall and 1.25 inches in diameter. They are in excellent condition, very little signs of wear, no chips and no cracks. The do need the stoppers replaces. They are both marked on the bottom in green Made in Japan. I believe these are vintage pieces.

This is for 4 1776 Independence Ironstone by Interpace NKT Japan platters or plates. They are red transferware with floral almost Asian designs. These plates are quite large and heavy, measuring 11 inches at the widest point. One plate is in excellent (no visible crazing) used condition. The other 3 do have some repairs and some age glaze crazing as you can see in the photos. These would make great wall decor pieces. I am also listing a matching saucer.
