This gentleman's pocket watch case is stupendous. It boast the makers name circularly around the case. It also gives the patent dates of this piece, which are as follows: Mar.18,1884; Feb.17,1885; Aug.14,1885; July 10,1888; Oct.11,1892 and April 3,1894. Desert Rose was first introduced in 1941 by Gladding, McBean and Co. I am offering a desert rose pattern plate that was made as a clock. It has a made in England Franciscan Dinnerware Dishwasher & Microwave Safe mark. The plate and the clock portion are in excellent and good working condition. It measures 10 3/4 inches across.

This lovely little trinket is from a time past, when the word elegance was on the lips of high society. This gold filled pocket watch fob is curious in the fact that it has a beveled glass cameo bordered by ornate metal work. It also has a pin back to be worn like a brooch. This piece is unmarked. It is in great condition, due to the age there is a little wear, which is normal, but nothing major. This is truly a lovely find.

Clock is marked IS. I can't find any information on a clock manufacturer with those initials. The quartz movement was manufactured by Hechinger Quartz Movement of West Germany. It is a solid glass structure with the face made as a part of the body and the movement portion attached to the body. Although, I am not able to give an exact date of manufacture, one can get a general idea since it is marked West Germany.
