This is an unusual pocketwatch key or fob key from the Victorian era, 1880-1900. This brass key was used to wind a pocketwatch and measures 2.5 inches long by .75 inches wide. The oval hand set cabachon shaped goldstone in a bezel was a victorian stone creation and very popular, measures 1.25 inches long by .6 inches wide. This is a pretty antique pocket watch fob dating to 1890-1910. I got it in England. The fob consists of a folded black gros grain ribbon and a gold filled pin holding an engraved seal fob and gold filled fittings with a gold filled chain. The fob measures 6.75 inches long by 1.25 inch wide with a 4.5 inch long chain. The seal fob is beautifully hand engraved in script. The momogram is CTF, I believe. The fob consists of a folded black gros grain ribbon with a fringe bottom and gold plated machine engraved disc and gold filled fittings with a gold filled chain. The fob measures measures 5.5 inches long by 1 inch wide with a 4.5 inch long chain. The disc is just less than 1 inch in diameter. It is in very good condition. Elgin 14kt gold Doctors pocket watch with hunters case. 15 jewels. This is a gorgeous watch, and it has been serviced and works good. It has fancy scrolland artwork on both outer sides of the case. It has the medical insignea inside the case along with "Fahys 14kt Monarch. It has a gold chain which looks like the real thing also. This great pocketwatch is by the famous Elgin Company and has a 17 jewel wind up movement. It has a gold 20 year half hunter case and has engine turned engraving on the edges of the case as well as the engraved script monogram initials of RVM, I think.
