1980's Pulsar gold toned wristwatch with day & date. Round case with clear pristine dial but scratches on the crystal that are not easily seen except when held to light. Look at 7 o'clock and vertical and about 2 o'clock going vertical. Band is a stretch Speidel USA band with stainless steel on the inside and a very attractive gold toned outside. To begin a little history on the Bucherer watch. Company started in 1888. Maker of fine jewelry and watches and operates in Lucerne Switzerland. This watch is 17 jewel and gold filled. All original including the crown with the letter "B". This watch dates back to the late 1940's or 50's. Dial is clean and reads "Bucherer 17 Jewels Swiss" and also the Bucherer logo. Very attractive wristwatch made by Alfex Ltd. of Switzerland. It is manual wind 17 jewel Swiss movement. The dial is unique in that the second hand rotates around giving the allusion that there isn't any connection to the center.
