This is a very cool victorian card case presented to a member of the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks Organization, BPOE. This one was presented to Frank Coble of group #683. It features a wonderful repousse profile of an elk with a ruby colored glass eye. Above it is a blue enameled clock set at the eleventh hour.
