Southern Potteries produced 12 basic lines of Blue Ridge dinnerware from the late 1930's until 1956. Overall, more than 2000 different hand decorated patterns were produced. The patterns often included items taken from our everyday lives, including flowers, fruit, textures, and barnyard animals. The "weathervane" pattern is from the "skyline" style. Colors of the rainbow with blue and trim in gold.. and looks like mother of pearl .. 9 1/2" from the spout to the end of the handle and 5 1/2" high with the lid on.. has some crazing but I don't see any chips or cracks. a lot of discoloring on the inside of the pot and a spot under the spout on the outside.. . the date is Feb 1925 on the bottom..
