Several years ago, my husband and I were involved in building dollhouses and decorating them with authentic handmade to scale items.

We built a total of 3 dollhouses – one for me, one for our niece, and one was donated to a local fund raising group. The dollhouse was raffled with all proceeds going to the Children’s Christmas Party fund to purchase coats and gloves for local children.

Purchased at an antique mall sometime ago, these kits were made by X-Acto/The House of Miniatures. One kit is a Chippendale sofa, the other kit is a closed cabinet top. Both kits have been opened but all parts/pieces/components are inside the boxes! These are really neat items – they are 1:12 scale – perfect for a doll house, for a dollhouse room, a shadowbox display, etc!

Not sure if these were intended for a dollhouse but they measure just 3 1/8: x 3 5/8" over all. Oval porcelain portrait pictures of George and Martha Washington. Velvet backing with antiqued gold molded wood frames. They also have easel backs so you could stand them up if you wanted to. Nice condition, Sold as a pair.

Miniature red wagon is a "Streak O Lite". It is made of metal and is in very good to excellent condition with no damage at all. The wagon itself measures 2" tall, 4" long, plus handle, and 2" wide. I have 2, both are perfect. Radio Flyer made the real Streak O lite in the 1930's.
