Alexanderkins dolls produced bend knee walkers (1956 to 1965) and the last of the 1950s/60s era Alexanderkins. Marking on back "Alex" was used until 1976 and then the logo became "Alexander". Hip joints showing the solid construction, and the hollow top of the leg in a walker doll. You can see part of the walking mechanism that fits inside the top of the leg (photo 2 - middle). Up for auction is this adorable bedroom set from the 50's. It is made out of wood and would fit an 8 in doll. It is really cute. check out the decals. It all one color pink. The picture shows the toy box to be lighter but that is from the flash. The wardrobe opens and closes and is about 9 1/2 inches tall and the bed is 9 1/2 inches long. The toy box or hope chest opens. This set is in excellent condition. No chops or cracks. It was not played with. It is in like new condition

This cute shaker powder kewpie doll is 6.6" tall and is made of hard plastic. She has minor light brown marks and a little knick on her cheek (very hard to see) from usage. There is no powder left in the doll. Her arms are moveable. Marked on her back is IRWIN, USA. Very good condition.

This is Dionne (Yvonne Edouilda Marie Dionne died June 23, 2001 of cancer). In 1934, Madame Alexander received permission to make authorized Dionne Quintuplet dolls. (Info from Madame Alexander Message Board). Best guess would be from the 1930's. She is wearing original dress with tag as seen in pic; composition. Very good condition; needs a good cleaning and hair-do! Eight inches tall. Insurance required.

Featured for your enjoyment is a wonderful old composition doll. She is a full body composition with only the shoulders being jointed. She is in great condition. her body is wonderful. No chipping or cracking here. Painted on black shoes. Painted face and eyes. Only missing her hair. I believe her dress is original as it held on, and the under garment, with a staple. Both use their own staple. They are the wrap style dress and undergarment. She stands 8” tall.
