This lovely porcelain 1920's or 30's half doll has very delicate features. Her brown hair is topped by a dark red hat with a pale blue feather that matches her fan. There are no chips or cracks or any other signs of wear. When I photographed her and enlarged the picture I noticed a pin dot sized spot of paint or a glaze miss on the right hand side of her nose that is hardly able to be seen without magnification. This is such an adorable little doll. Hand painted head, hands and feet. Cloth body. I think her body is new. I know NOTHING about old dolls! But, this one does say Germany in the back of the neck and something elsle that looks like MED with in a square with other marks. Anyway she is cute and in perfect condition and is 10" tall. She does have a vintage crochet penafore on, with a white cotton dress, slip and pantallons. I'm just clueless to the age! You as a collector may be able to tell.
