At first glance this looks like a very old black americana rag doll. She has a blue print dress and simple apron tied with a yarn string. Her skin looks faded and blotchy, (like a reverse tea dye) and her eyes and mouth are embroidered with yarn. Her little pig tails are also braided yarn with matching rag ties.
