This 2 1/2" Green Waterfowl Overlay Snuff Bottle is made by Peking Glass. Beautiful workmanship. Each bottle is hand blown and the overlay applied. The front and back of the bottle is also textured with small diamond shapes behind the overlay. The bottom has a green oval ring so the bottle will sit evenly. This is an awesome tray, whether it is used for serving or purely ornamental. This heavy copper tray is vibrantly colored in blue, green, red, white and black. It seems to be a flat enamel inlay sort of like cloisonne. It features a bold dragon floating above what seems to be water or clouds. Gorgeous Delicately Designed Chinese Cloisonne' Enameled Brass Vase with Peony Flowers and Leaves with Gold Lacquer Background. Contrasting colors are beautiful. It was purchased in China some years ago so it does not have a export stamp and the blue enameled bottom is unmarked . I do not know the exact age of this vase, it may be older than I think. Hand carved wood book ends. They are in good condition but each is a little different. They are 6" wide, 6 1/2" tall. Male on front with 2 women and a child standing . I would interpret as a farm scene. There are no hands showing, but the child is holding something out to the woman and one woman is holding something looking like a hoe. Will send closeup photos for anyone interested. Do not know if they came from Japan or China originally. No marks whatsoever.

This magnificently Carved Seashell was bought in Hawaii before World War 2. A brother of a man who died in the Arizona brought it back as a souvenir. He went to visit his brother stationed in Hawaii and after he came back to the U.S. the Japanese invaded Hawaii. The man’s Sister told this to me as she was selling his estate.
