This one has the Higbee logo on the base, but I believe it is a reproduction by L E Smith. Made of clear glass with intermittent Thistle and star designs on each pane of serving piece.
This is a really pretty dark green Moon and Stars 5 Inch high Syrup Pitcher, with Chrome Lid, made by Smith Glass. This Pitcher is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The original Chrome Lid is in very good condition with no dents, scratches or damage. It slides open and shut freely. Be sure to search our other Kitchenware items available. This 5 1/2" high 8 1/2" long 3 3/4" wide black glass swan is by L.E. Smith Glass Co. Founded in 1907, the company developed shades of colored glass in the 1920's, and in the late 1920's hit on a formula for black glass that set it apart from all others of the time. This special black glass shows amethyst color when held up to a bright light, which this swan will illustrate when placed in sunlight.
