Antique Opalescent Art Glass Stump Vase with Thorns

Very much resembling Steuben's Stump Vases, this thick pink opalescent glass vase has a number of intermittent thorns and stems all the way around the perimeter. The base is a flattened ball, the underside of which retains the central pontil mark, as well as three marks from the annealing oven showing where it rested as it cooled. Flat rim; 6-3/4" tall, 2-7/8" diameter foot, 1-1/8" diameter rim. Origin unknown. Excellent condition. c. 1880-1900. $10 US Shipping.

This is a very nice Carnival Glass water set made by the Imperial Glass Co. 1960s - 1970s. The marigold iridescence is stunning; extremely vibrant. The pitcher is 8 1/4" tall at the tallest point; each tumbler is 4 1/4" tall. All pieces have the IG mark in bottom and all pieces are in perfect condition.

This is a very cute little glass swan made by the Cambridge Glass Co. This milky pink color is called Crown Tuscan by Cambridge. This size is considered the 3" size although it actually measures 3 1/2" from beak to tail feathers and is about 2 1/8" high to bend of neck. It is in perfect condition.

Fostoria's plate etching #331, known as Shirley, is a lovely pattern that centers around a poppy~style flower. It was produced from 1938 to 1956. This Sugar Bowl was made between 1970's and 1980's by either Indiana Glass or Tiffin, but this pattern was in production since the 1890's. This is NOT the typical avocado green, but a pretty apple green color.
Collectors call this pattern "Kings Crown", but the original manufacture, U.S.Glass at Tiffin, Ohio, called it "Thumbprint".
