This Cambridge Rose Point etched #3900/34 2-Tab-Handled Bowl measures a little over 9" excluding the handles and is in mint condition with the original Cambridge sticker; I can find no flaws. Crystal clear. The #3900/34 bowl is listed as 11" in the Rose Point catalog, but there is no smaller #3900 bowl with a flat base that I can find, so the measurement must have included the handles (not normally done) unless it's an unlisted piece.
