This really nice white 1 1/2 Quart Oblong Baker, with Hand Painted Fruit, was made by Anchor Hocking. The Baker is signed on the bottom 410 - ANCHOR HOCKING - FIRE KING - OVENWARE - MADE IN USA - 1 1/2 QT - USA. The Baker measures 10 1/2 inches long X 6 1/2 inches wide and is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The hand painted fruit is all very good. These ivory shakers were produced during the 1940's by Anchor Hocking as part of their FireKing line. They are part of their Range Set, made to sit on the stove for cooking use. Vintage Anchor Hocking Fire King Sapphire Blue Philbe small or individual casserole or baking dish with lid. 1940s-50s era. Approximately 5 3/4" x 4" tall to the top of the finial handle. This is a 1 pt casserole. Free of chips, cracks, lines ,and discoloration with light wear. Please note that any light spots in the pictures are from my lighting and not actually on this piece.
