This cute little elephant figurine was produced by Heisey from 1944 to 1955 and was one of three elephants they made. Often referred to as Elephant #2 or Mama Elephant, this piece is solid glass and measures approximately 4" in height and 6 1/2" in length from trunk to tail. She has her trunk lowered and outstretched with it curling into a loop at the end. The figurine is in wonderful condition. Offered to you today is a pair of Heisey No. 1615 Flame two-light candleholders with the No. 1072 Southwind cutting on the base. These huge candleholders were produced from 1950 to 1957 and are marked with the Diamond H at bottom just above the foot. Designed by Carl Cobel, these candleholders were intended to match the Waverly pattern of glass. These huge candleholders are 10.5" tall and 9.5" across, weighing almost 5 lbs for the pair!
