old glass creamer and sugar set with silver overlay
Glassware
Sherrys Antiques* Collectibles* Frivolous Necessities
safn-1530 $22.00 set
Heavy ols glass creamer and sugar set with hand blown applied handles. Silver overlay design of flowers and vines. Sugar measures 2 1/8" tall, and creamer is2 7/8" tall. I have noticed where the handle has been applied on the sugar, is a chip look area. This was definately done when the handle was applied during the making of this piece, as it looks like they buffed it smooth. The bottom edges are cut and polished. These were quality pieces from a higher end glass company.

The pattern name is Monarch and it is considered to be a part of McKee's PresCut line. The cruet measures approximately 7 1/2" in height and the glass at the rim of the spout measures 5/8" in thickness. It is free of any nicks, chips or cracks, but does a very small b...
