This is a neat charm bracelet from the 1950’s! I’m not certain of metal content – the bracelet appears to be sterling but it is not marked. This Bakelite and wood bracelet is completely original, circa late 1930's. The double-strand bracelet combines green Bakelite carved beads with unusual markings that are colored in red. Each link comprises a backing of pierced and hand-filed silver fused to a top portion of gold. It has a great feel "in the hand" and lies flat on the neck without kinking or fussing. The only mark appears to be "372 B" in a tiny hexagonal punch. I suspect that it is Spanish, and the B stands for Barcelona, but wouldn't stake my life on it. This large retro brooch with screw back earrings is complimented by 3 teardrop faceted rhinestones in ruby red, sapphire blue and emerald green which create the "flowers".
