This art deco bracelet appears to be a Marcel Boucher creation with the use of a mixture of baguettes, paves and the swirls; all so typical of his pieces. We have seen this design recently on THE auction site with a legible signature although this piece has none. As Avon of Belleville produced many Boucher designs and this item was obtained from a Canadian estate, it is possible they produced it and hence no signature.
