Could this elegant brooch really be from 1954? It is in like-new condition but the inventory number, 5945, clearly indicates the year it was manufactured (also marked c Boucher). A great daytime pin with a hint of glitter comes from six fuschia rhinestones and four glittering clear rounds. The five stones per "wing" vary in size which adds to the dimensionality of the brooch. The goldtone has a rope design and shows no wear on the front or the back. The piece measures 2 1/8" x 1 1/8".

This darling little rhinestone bow pin is in like new condition. Puccini jewelry is from Italy and very rare in the U.S. market. All rhinestones are brilliant and original and the black enamel is in excellent condition. The brooch appears to be have never been worn. Very weighty for its size (1 5/8" x 1 1/2"), this brooch would be perfect to group with others, add to a purse or even a belt for some added glitz.

Still in business today after almost 75 years of marketing costume jewelry, this hat brooch is a testament to the reason Ciner has outlived the rest. We have seen their beaded and pearl versions of this hat but the off-white stone that forms the peak of the hat is truly unique and the swarovski rhinestone trim is very rare. Five red marquise rhinestones surround a large ruby red prong set chaton and sparkling clear marquise cut stones are set in various angles making this a unique, dimensional piece. It measures 1 7/8", the perfect size for a sweater on a cool Spring night. The quality of the Swarovski crystals make you think Sherman but it is unsigned. There is some slight yellowing to a few of the stones but all in all, it's in lovely condition with loads of sparkle yet we've discounted nonetheless.

Harry Iskin Gold & Rhinestone Floral Brooch

This lovely rose gold washed floral brooch was made in the 30's by Harry Iskin. He originally operated under "Harry Iskin Company" in the late 20's before changing the name to Iskin Manufacturing Company some time in the 30's. A single, large pink chaton provides a delicate contrast to the elegant leaves of this large 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" brooch. The 1/20 10K goldwash is in excellent condition as is the pin and catch.

Canadian producer, Bond Boyd, created this lovely 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" floral brooch some time in the 50's. Studded with faux marcasites and enamelled in pink, this elegant bird brooch is almost perfect other than a very small nick to the enamel above the bottom wing and the very tip of one tail feather. Panetta Owl Brooch with Pave Rhinestones

This little guy's eyes sparkle back at you exactly like the real thing. Honey colored chatons are the eyes and his wings and face are encrusted with gorgeous, clear rhinestones and the goltone is like new. Panetta, after leaving Italy, began working for Trifari. Eventually he left and founded Panetta in 1945. This 1 5/8" x 1" is not that old but definitely from the 60's and looking like it never was taken out of the box.

The colors produced by this rhinestone brooch are pink, blue, yellow and turquoise depending on what angle the light hits it. The large center stone is over 1" long and 3/4" wide and is unfoiled. The back is showing some wear and the front has some scratches consistent with age. A few tiny flea bites are on the edges and amplified by our photo. Trifari KTF Fruit Salad Clip Book Piece

Marked KTF and 16, this Trifari dress clip is the sole survivor of a Clipmate produced in 1936. The piece can found in Brunialti's "American Costume Jewelry" (pg. 100) in a tri-colored version. There are absolutely no dead stones on this gorgeous piece. The plating is bright and shiny with only two very tiny areas along one side with wear when viewed with a 10x loupe. Regency Inspired Blue Rhinestone Butterfly Brooch

Measuring 2 3/8" x 2 1/8", this is a great sized brooch to own. The rhodium plating is in excellent condition, however, some of the stones have minor foil loss. It still sparkles beautifully as shown in our photos. The montana blue marquise cut stones are gorgeous as are almost all of the medium blue. Some of the lighter blue chatons are not quite as glittery as they once were but still provide enough to not disappoint. Sold as is. Price reflects.

This signed Crown Trifari faux moonstone brooch from their 1960 "Fantasies" line is in excellent condition. It is often referred to as a jelly belly because of the center stone but is, in fact, not related to the 40's line and not a jelly belly (they are clear lucite only). The larger version of this brooch is a book piece highlighted in "Rhinestone Jewelry" by Leigh Leshner with a value of $95. Three sizes of this design were highlighted in a 1960 Trifari ad.
