This is a pair of pre victorian English antique hallmarked sterling silver sugar tongs or sugar nips. The sugar tongs measure 6 inches long and are hallmarked for London, England in 1822 which means before Queen Victoria came to the thrown in the Regency period. The sugar tongs have the a gothic script monogram FM on the bow. The sugar tongs have spoon ends and a Georgian design. They are in excellent condition from an historic period. Beau Brummel or Jane Austen would have loved them.

These pink glass boxes were produced by Federal Glass Company during the 1930's. They were sold as refrigerator containers - think of them as Depression Era Tupperware. The set consists of 2 4 x 4 inch containers, 1 4 x 8 inch container and 1 8 x 8 inch container. All pieces are in excellent condition, with the exception of a chip on the inside lip of the 4 x 8 lid (See picture.
