Circa 1800, Sheffield hot water or tea urn, unmarked, bone knob, overall wear and copper bleed through, no monograms or maker's mark, approximately 14" in height, approximately 8 1/2" wide between handles. Nice form. Fair condition, considerable copper bleed through, overall. Some dings, old repair to base of one handle (see photo), opening of spigot is bent, with other crinkles on the base. Despite these issues, a beautiful remnant of an elegant era.

Sheffield, circa 1790 mustard pot, maker unknown,no marks, approximately 3" total height, approximately 3 1/2" from handle to front, base a little over 2 1/4" in diameter, no monograms, beautiful snowflake/star cutouts around sides, arcaded/reticulated cutouts around top and bottom, original undamaged cobalt glass liner with nice pontil. Nice condition, only a bend on the bottom (see photo). A great piece of Georgian Sheffield.

This is an excellent old English pitcher. It is brass or copper made in England by a company named Peerage. A magnificent scene shows 360 degress around the pitcher, of several figures drinking, laughing, smoking and playing a flute in a pub. It measures aproximately 11.0 inches tall and 29 cm round. It has a stong patina that can be further cleaned.

This is a 2 piece domed cast iron string holder. This one held a a ball of twine for a floral business in Boston for thirty years. They would wrap the flowers up and secured it with the twine. We bought this from a family friend whos family owned the flower shop until the mid thirties. This one measures 4 1/2 inches high and is 4 3/4 inches wide. Great form of Folk Art. This is a handmade metal fire screen measuring 34 inches tall by 24 1/2 inches wide. I fell in love with one as soon as I saw it. Unfortunately I don't have a fire place or this one would be sitting here for me to admire! This has the tool marks showing where the artist cut the design from the sheet of metal. Fine late Victorian English brass postal scale with malachite base by the renowned firm of Sampson Mordan & Co. These are particularly handsome because of the malachite which sits atop a larger piece of black marble. Looks great on a desk.
