This is a very rough cast iron and needs to be given a bit of kind treatment. It has been stored for many years and is suffering from neglect. I could make it look better, but prefer to allow you to see in present condition. I can't give a definite date of manufacture, but I think it is probably from the 70's or 80's. This an unusual find. If you have a sofa and need 2 brass paw feet---what a deal. They are approx 3 1/4" long. The inside measurements of 1 5/8" high and 1 1/2"wide at top and 1 5/8" wide at bottom. These are very hard to describe but they are heavy , good brass.

Copper and silver. Height 13". No monogram. Both the mark and the overall condition are excellent. Marked (anchor)/ GORHAM CO/ E40/N. The "N" is Gorham's year mark for 1881. For related examples, see Carpenter's "Gorham Silver" pages 10 and 113-114. Figure 109 (p.114) is described as "Copper Turkish coffee made in 1883, hammered surface with deep reddish-brown glaze, die-rolled silver band around middle, silver band around top, ivory insulators on handle. The 1989 tin is 6 1/4" in height, 4 1/4" in width and 2 3/4" in depth. There is a bit of darkening on the unenameled rim of the lid, 1 tiny shallow dent on the bottom and 1 small scratch on the floral border. There is also a spot of darkening in the interior. Length 9-5/8". Width 4". Height 4-1/4". Bronze with sterling silver decoration. Long elliptical shape with matchbox holder on a pedestal. No monogram. Oriental Warrior with spear in hand. There is great detail overall with clothing and base. Facial features are contemplative not mean or angry so is pleasant to look at. He is 23" tall with the sword in hand and approximately 15 lbs as he stand. This bronze is NOT OLD, but made in Thialand using the tradition lost wax method.

This beautiful bronze statue is 23" tall and 14" across. Guan-Yin is standing on the dragon with a vessel in hand, upside down, with her other hand pointed to the heavens. Dragon detail is really wonderful with his scales and open mouth. This is a statue of real beauty. This bronze is NOT old and was made in Thialand by the lost wax method. This piece, as is, weighs 30 lbs.

This bronze dog has wonderful old patina and detail. Breed? Don't ask, but he has a hairy face and neck with a smooth body. Austrian made with what looks like J.B. on the underside. He is about 2" wide and 3" tall.
