Nautical marine 2 dog lock, solid, heavy brass Porthole. Outside diameter measures approximately 15", Glass is 10" across and opening is 11". Printed on glass is Armour Plate. Armour Plate Glass only is also etched into the outer brass sleeve and what appears to be the letter Z and numeral 9 are etched on a post. Victorian Spelter Elk Vase & Holder
Art Nouveau
Packrats Plunders
LA100283 $125.00
Victorian Spelter Elk Vase Holder & Vase. This is a really unique item. I have owned it for several years and have kept constantly looking online and elsewhere for a similar one with nothing found yet even remotely close to it. The base and tree trunk vase holder are tin and the elk is diecast metal, or “spelter”. The trunk and base are painted in shades of grey, black and mossy green. The elk has a darker blackish/brown back fading to tan, which then changes to shades of black and whitish/grey ... Click for details

Manning Bowman Brass Teapot/Warmer, Beautiful
Art Deco
Packrats Plunders
B100089 $85.00
Manning Bowman Brass Teapot on Warming Stand. Very fancy, and very rare in this pattern! I have seen others made similar but none as ornate as this one with cast scrollwork supports, cast handle arms, cast scrollwork trim, and cast paw feet. I checked the entire item with a magnet and feel sure it is solid brass, not plated tin. There is a very small dent in the top surface of the pot, a small ding or two on the underside of the warmer fuel container, and otherwise it only needs a good cleaning ... Click for details

Turkish Egg Cooker -Copper - Handmade-Antique
Kitchen: Gadgets
Lemon Tree Treasures
$19.00 plus shipping
This is an antique handmade copper egg pan or cooker--small size. It was made in Turkey. See tag in photo # 3. It is an unusual find. I've heard that copper pans are the best cooking tools as they are great conductors of heat. This pan was handmade by a Turkish artist or craftsman.
It is not like today's mass produced uniform pans. It is copper and quite beautiful. The handle is probably steel--not sure of th... Click for details
