I have one of these which was purchased a LONG time ago and they cook the best poached eggs! Just spray the egg insert with Pam, add a little water to the pan and simmer until proper "doneness". There are 6 holes in the insert which allows the steam to cook and keep the egg moist. Much better than one cooked in ye' olde microwave! Pan is approximately 4" in diameter and has a few tiny dings. Rare bronze medal of the Normandie luxury liner and a souvenir of a sailing to Rio de Janeiro in 1938. Built by the Chantiers de l'Atlantique, in St. Nazaire, France. She began service in 1935 and was the largest and fastest ship ever to be built. Her interior was a work of art for example the main dining room was decorated in hammered glass and bronze with Lalique fixtures. The medal measures almost 2.75 inches across and .25 inches thick.
