This piece measures slightly over 8 inches. It is has a brass loop for hanging. I've never seen a plate like this, so I don't know if it came from the manufacturer with the eagle and background painted on, or if someone did this after the purchase of the plate. Brass colored magazine rack with no dents or bent areas. There are several areas of discoloration, some of which might possibly come off because it has been in storage for many years. Pay close attention to the photographs, because I have tried to show the condition. I also photographed with a "National Geographic" to give a proper perspective of size. If you have any questions regarding the condition, please email. I need your zip code to calculate the postage.
