Brass double action spring hinge. I hope my identification is right. I didn't know what they were, when I bought them, but thought might possibly have a use for them, however, after 15 years of waiting, I've not found a use. The length is just shy of 5 inches. The width, in the position shown in photograph, is 3 1/2 inches. It weighs approximately 2 pounds. There is green and beige paint splatter on both sides. Great pair of solid brass Candlesticks, Made in Korea, twist stems, barrel holders. 11-3/4" tall, 1-1/4" diameter holders, 3-3/4" diamter base. Barrel holders unscrew for easy cleaning of wax. Impressed under base, "Korea," on each piece. Excellent condition, with only in need of a good cleaning. This appears to be a hand-wrought Bird Sculpture by "Frizt Brass," with their label on the base. It's very heavy, and an unusual color of brass -- almost appear to be gilded. It does need cleaning, as there is verdigris and oxidation to it in places. It's a very nice piece of Korean art. About 3-1/2" front-to-back, 3-1/4" between the two wing-tips for the width, and about 3-1/4" tall. Age not known or guaranteed, but we suggest it is about 1960s. $10 US Shipping.

Small, probably English, Antique, 19th century, solid brass candlestick. Being sold "AS IS," with a slight tilt, although the parts unscrew and it can be straightened; one small nick in one base corner (pictured), some verdigris and oxidation, soiling and some minor surface scrapes and scratching. The pushup is original and primarily intact, only missing what we believe to be a cork piece.
