Trench Art P38 Lightning Ash Tray -WWII Pacific Theater
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$149
Extremely interesting trench art style ashtray. The top is a P38 Lightning (Looks like zinc). The propellers are British one cent coins from 1908 and 1912, with the 1912 actually being Canadian. I am not sure what the brass post is from but it has what looks like 2 tiny little proofs stamped in it. The post fits snuggly in the hole of the base. The base is an ashtray made out of the bottom of a Japanese artillery shell. The bottom of the shell has a lot of stampings including Japanese kanji, nu... Click for details

Knights Cross Stickpin / Lapel Pin WWII German
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$299
Yep, this is how we roll. The three crosses represent Iron Cross second and first class and the Knight's cross respectively, with the Knights Cross being a bit larger. Nice even aging but no damage or abuse. Nice straight pin with the proper twist. Lapel pins such as this were authorized to be worn with civilian clothes and even though it was a private purchase deal, the individual had to have proper documentation to acquire them. Dynamite piece.

Panzer Krim Shield AND Armored Assault Krim Stickpin
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$600
This is such a cool set I will probably be sad when someone steps up for it. Guaranteed original black backed Krim shield for panzer troops. Also included is a stickpin for the Krim shield and armored assault badge. The stickpin is the large size variety that you don't need to squint to see. The post is a little bent but could easily be straightened out. Super cool set.

Wagner Opera Program for 1941 Berlin Orchestra WWII
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$39
I can't remember ever seeing one of these so I am sure it is rare. This opera program would have been so incredibly neat if some jerk didn't spill his coffee on it. This was for a Wagner opera and there is some business in the program about Beethoven and Mozart. The front cover has a really nicely embossed eagle on the top and on the bottom, also embossed, "Deutsches Operahaus Berlin". The border is a repetitive swaz pattern (Also embossed). Towards the back is an encouraging letter from an army... Click for details
