Flying Fortress B/O machine gun and engine noise props
Militaria
Ellie's Place
2113 $85.00
Here is a beautiful and precise B-17 Flying Fortress on a pedestal, with clock. Press button and listen to authentic combat sounds--the noise of the engines, the pilot speaking "Turning" and engines change sound. You then hear the machine guns firing twice and the nose gunners lights coincide with the firing of the machine guns. As this is happening, all four propellers are constantly turning. This silver bomber is part of the 8th Army Bomb Squadron with the Big A in black triangle on tail. Len... Click for details

WWI German Trench Art Bracelet - Top Notch
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$139
This German trench art bracelet is really the best example I have seen. Made from some kind of brass shell casing, it has been hinged almost professionally. The top shows a lovely enamel 1914 Iron Cross resting on a background of delicate oakleaves. To improve the effect the casing below has been split and widened into three separate bands. Inside is stamped 10 84 which is probably significant to the original use of the band. This is almost too fancy and well done to really be called trench art.... Click for details

Kriegsmarine Soldbuch and Identification Holder
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$129
Nice Kriegsmarine marked soldbuch and identification holder. The ID holder is marked on the front Kriegsmarine Ausweis. It is a bit curled as the old plastic is likely to do. The cover looks like a thin fabric given strength by a rubberized coat (For naval use?) and the plastic inside covers. The soldbuch has one bend on the lower right corner and is otherwise in excellent condition if a bit lightly filled out. Neat little set.

SA Honor Dagger Later RZM Configuration - WWII German
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$6850
Nice, honest example of a later SA Honor dagger. While the early damascus type is certainly prettier, this plain blade RZM version is actually far scarcer as Victor Lutze was well known to give these only to high ranking and notable personalities while Ernst Rohm was quite liberal in giving out Honor Daggers. This is a nice, honest example. Crossguards are embellished with oakleaves and the lower is internally marked H. The nut is made special for this piece with a funnel shaped bottom. Crossgua... Early SA Dagger by C Linder - Rare Maker - WWII German
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$869
SA dagger by C LINDER SOLINGEN MERSCHEID. This is a very rare maker and difficult to find. Of note on this example is the blackening to both motto and maker name which is shockingly intact. Blade is excellent throughout with cross graining present along with the usual runner marks. Signs of normal use throughout (See photos) but nothing is broken and no chips to handle. A couple of light taps on the lower crossgaurd and lower scabbard fitting. Ball is largely intact but also shows somenicks and ... Click for details

Japanese Naval Sword - Gendai by Hattori Hiromasa
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$3000
Very nice WWII Japanese gendaito. This is signed by Hattori Hiromasa who is listed on page 99 of John Slough's oshigata book which I do offer for sale separately. Blade is in very clean with a nice active temper. Mounts are all early quality and very nice except the habaki finish which shows wear. The scabbard is very nice same material. There is one small spot on each side where it looks like something got on the same (Ninth photo); I suspect this could be cleaned off but as a rule I do not cle... Click for details
