Gold Luftwaffe General's Summer Tunic Eagle - WWII
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$539
Way cool gold eagle for luftwaffe general's summer tunic. Very strong gold finish with very light wear to the front. Reverse shows gentle patination. Pin is a little bit bent but I see that as a non-issue. The final image is interesting as it shows the border of where the gold finish was applied and not applied. Just a really neat item.

WWII German Children's SA Man Propaganda Doll
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$378
Well, here is a weird, sort of "over the top" item that my wife hates. I will admit it is a bit creepy (Just not to her). Children's SA propaganda doll. I don't know how many of these they would ave made but I doubt many would have been kept around after the war. I haven't seen this before. Condition is surprisingly good and the only real damage I find is some very minor chipping to the tips of the boots. The armband is really well done and the hat is a fair representation of an SA coffee can ha... Click for details

American Navy WWII Photo Album - MANY Crashed Airplanes
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$199
This is just a crazy album. My best guess is that this fellow was in the emergency response crew of same naval air base where they were teaching pilots to land or take off of aircraft carriers (With middling success). I count a total of 76 photographs, 36 of which include crashed airplanes. There are a good number of photos of this guy with emergency response vehicles and many of the crashes are still burning. A few of the photographs look to be the same crashes but there is a good variety of ai... Click for details

Deutsche Hof Hotel Small Creamer - WWII German
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$249
This is a Third Reich era creamer pitcher from the Deutscher Hof hotel. This was purchased from a veteran's estate from a good friend who wrote up a nice presentation paper to add to it. This hotel was a favorite of Hitler's and was actually purchased by the party and used by high ranking officials when visiting Nuremberg. I have seen pieces from this hotel and this is typical of the pattern used there. On the side is "Der Deutche Hof". The ase is stamped "gebr. HEPP 90" The bottom has an engrav... Click for details

NSKOV Gorget - WWII German Standard Bearer
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$1099
Hard to find NSKOV gorget. This is from a solid, old collection and absolutely guaranteed not to be one of the Eastern European things coming onto the market recently. Some age wear to the front as per photos. Rivets and face plate are in solidly in place. Full length chain in perfect shape. Backing is in great shape with two tiny nips as per final photo. These are more often then not really chewed up in back. Very nice, very honest piece.

Reichsmarschall Cigar Box by Otto Boenicke -WWII German
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$999
This is just a neat item. Cigar Box by Otto Boenicke featuring Reichsmarschall Hermann Goering. The inside lid features a very flattering rendition of Goering and the trim of the box, both inside and out features alternating laurel leaves and field marshal batons. On the right side of the box is an interesting 20 rpf (Reichspfenig) tax stamp with a nice embossed eagle. Inside are a good number of cigars which I unfortunately can not add to internet sale as I can not be assured of the age of buye... Click for details

Bastogne Plaque - 101st Airborne Battle of the Bulge
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$139
These very interesting plaques were made to commemorate the heroic stand of the 101st Airborne in Bastogne during the Battle of the Bulge. Heavily outnumbered, out of supply and already burnt out from too much time spent at the front the 101st held out doggedly against repeated German assaults designed at gaining the important crossroads town in the middle of their axis of advance during the Battle of the Bulge. The exact moment represented is when a German officer presented the American General... Click for details

Impressive Battle Damaged M35 DD Steel Helmet WWII
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$549
I have always liked battle damaged helmets as each is unique and certainly has its own personality. This one has anything one might look for; Early double decal (2nd decal ghost remains), some original finish and quite traumatic damage. This one is opened from the inside out and the rusting is even in the cracks so has obviously been like this for a long, long time. Personal friends have seen a lot of crazy stuff but this one still gets a good reaction from collecting veterans; A real looker.

Mountain Troops Climbing Pick - WWII German Rgt 137
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$493
Very cool and important piece of equipment for German mountain troops. Handle is stamped GJR 137 indicating this was issued to the Gebirgsjager Regiment 137 or 137th Mountain Infantry Regiment. This unit saw a lot of combat and is worth a quick search. The pick itself is in great shape with no damage found besides normal age wear (Please see photos). The head is maker marked STUBAI. Over the head is a leather protective cover in excellent shape dated 1938 and marked as made in Berlin. As leather... Click for details
