Panzer Grenadier Artwork - WWII German Army Publishing
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$289
This is one of those items whose "cool factor" goes well beyond the price. Set of eight prints of Panzer Grenadier troops in action. The portfolio has great work in itself showing an armored half-track loaded with panzer grenadiers going into action. Above this is an image of a grenadier (Looking about Napoleonic era) going into action drawing a parallel to a time when grenadier units were built from the largest 10% of the men available. Below all this is the obvious caption "Panzergrenadiere". ... Click for details

Pekuros Artillery Officer Visor - WWII German Army
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$929
Very nice quality private purchase artillery officer visor cap by Pekuros. Typical of this maufacturer the fabric is a higher quality then normal and the difference can easily be felt. Eagle insignia is nicely rounded and "melted" in. Bullion wreath insignia is a gorgeous example. The red piping shows a good bit of wear and unevenness (See photos). On the inside between the green leather sweatband and the feldgrau shell is a thin strip of black velvet I believe to be a characteristic of this make... Der Stahlhelm Member Veteran Stickpin - WWII German
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$39
Der Stahlhelm was the largest of the WWI veteran groups. Originally it was designed to help WWI veterans reintegrate to normal life. It took on more of an active militaristic role as it absorbed some of the many armed freikorps and as the often violent power struggles increased within Germany. By 1933 most of its membership was transferred to the SA and by 1935 Der Stahlhelm ceased to exist. Nice stickpin with pleasant aging marked N&H GES GESCH.

Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
Layaway
Very interesting plaque commemorating 1000KM built on the Autobahn. The autobahn was a big deal with pre-war Germany as it both showed the world the modernization being performed in Germany but also significantly shortened traversing time for the military from one part of the country to another. Very attractive plaque backmarked B.H.MAYER PFORZHEIM.

Army Issue Field Cutlery or Flatware Set - WWII German
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$219
Very nice matching set of German field flatware. All pieces are matching marked GK&F with eagle and swaz. The spoon fork and can opener are all dated 1942. The knife is dated 1941 but since I am sure they didn't make every piece on the same day I have no problem calling this a matched set. Condition is excellent and all 4 pieces fit together perfectly. Most sets seem to be mixed and matched like maybe even the soldiers at the time weren't concerned with keeping them straight. Nice item for guys ... Click for details

Luftwaffe Dress Bayonet w Knot by Eickhorn -WWII German
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$278
Very attractive dress bayonet with brown leather frog indicative of Luftwaffe personnel. The Eickhorn marked bayonet is in great shape with no particular damage to speak of. The blade shows only 3 little spots along the edge on one side (See photos), otherwise clean and mirror bright. The handle fittings are all equally clean and the plug remains in the slot. This green plug is a scarcer variety. The brown frog is a winner with nice, healthy leather. Nice backmarking JOSEPH MOLL GOCH 1937. Scabb... Click for details

Eastern Front Type Felt Over-Boots - WWII German
Militaria
Brandywine Militaria
$289
Very impressive and large size winter over-boots. These are big clod-hopping things made for warmth and not for mobility. Well marked to maker, date and size with fabric labels: Robert Masalich Selfhennersdorf 1941 36. One boot has an R and the other a L. Wood soles with a rubber cover nailed into place. These were probably not used as the size is also marked on the wood on the bottom. I doubt that many used examples survived. The trim is a random combination of brown and black leather. Some wea...
