Johnson, signed for Buchanan by the Secretary of Agriculture, Frank Cowan. It was granted for
160 acres to Jason C Easton. It was in Winnebago City, Minnesota. This is page 4 of volume 40.
For almost 150 year old document it is in wonderful condition. the seal is still intact although
fades. The document had been folded and does show these fold lines. No rips or tears. Great

THIS ANTIQUE TOURIST ATTRACTION BROCHURE FEATURES PIERRE, SOUTH DAKOTA AND OTHER great attractions in the area. It refers to South Dakota as the vacation state of President Coolidge. This being evidence of the approximate publishing date, of 1927. The map in the center features all the towns on "Federal" Highway 14. SIZE is 3" X 6" when folded and when unfolded, it is four pages 6" X 6". CONDITION is pretty good, with a little bit of bent corners and a few spots on the cover.
