This art deco televiewer was used to view stereo view cards. It was manufactured by The Keystone View Company with patent date Dec 20, 1927. It is metal with a square hood, and has a detachable card holder. Apparently, the televiewer was also available with a detachable light and stand - this televiewer does NOT have either of these items. Here is a 1846 Philadelphia newspaper called "Saturday Courier" It is volume XVI-No.42. It is dated Philadelphia, December 26, 1846. The paper is about 22 1/2"x 29 1/2". It is only 4 pages.
